From the Massachusetts Housing Partnership on the Town of Montague:
“Montague has a strong history of supporting affordable housing. The town has made remarkable progress toward creating more housing diversity through rehabilitating existing housing stock, zoning reform and thoughtful planning and building of more homes. Despite being a small and rural community of just under 9,000, Montague is advancing the relationships, investments and policies that are needed to build upon the impactful progress of housing initiatives.”
