SOUTH DEERFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Hatfield has approved a monthly contract with South County EMS, raising their rate for services to $38,000 per month after South County EMS experienced a significant rise in calls to Hatfield related to staffing shortages with the Hatfield Fire Department. This contract will allow for a second full-time ambulance at the South Deerfield site.
