(Combined Sources) There is a new executive director at the Greenfield Housing Authority. Thomas Guerino is expect to step into the role in November after a unanimous decision by the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. Guerino is a Greenfield native and has recently served as an executive director for the Massachusetts Rural Development Council. The executive director at the Greenfield Housing Authority manages Oak Courts and Elm Terrace.
