GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A new 5,4000 square-foot pavilion will be debuted at this year’s Franklin County Fair. Construction began on the project last week and is expected to be completed by the end of this month. This is the first new structure in the fairgrounds since the grandstand was built in 1986.
