(undated) — There will be no “Bulky Waste Collection Day” in Franklin County this fall. The Franklin County Solid Waste Management District has announced that health concerns related to COVID 19 have forced the district to scrap the annual curbside pickup of bulky items. Residents can still dispose of most of those items at the Greenfield Transfer Station for a nominal fee.
