No Response To First National Bank RFP

(Greenfield, MA) The Greenfield Redevelopment Authority has received no response to its request for proposals for the First National Bank building on Bank Row. They are now looking into other options for the future of the building including the process on giving the building to the city. The building has been unopened since 1976 but has had some renovations completed including a new roof, removal of hazardous waste, and replacing the windows and doors when it was owned by the Franklin County Community Development Corporation.
