(Northampton, MA) — It will be Northampton City Council President Gina Louise-Sciarra and businessman Marc Warner facing off in November to become Northampton’s next mayor. Sciarra and Warner were the two top vote-getters in Tuesday’s four-way preliminary election. The winner will replace outgoing Mayor David Narkewicz, who chose not to seek re-election.
