BUCKLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Buckland town officials have shared construction updates for the town. The Riverwalk sidewalk is now closed, potentially for the rest of the summer while the sidewalk and wall are under construction.
Depot Street is currently down to one way traffic and cannot be used as an exit from the freight yard parking lot. And temporary stripping has occurred in the freight yard parking lot with final paving scheduled for August.
Upper North Street, at the intersection with Route 112, will undergo several days of blasting in the Upper North Street road reconstruction project, motorists are asked to use caution in the area.
