Orange Approves Debt Exclusion For Fire Department Equipment

(Orange, MA) — The Orange Fire Department will be getting some new safety equipment. Orange residents this week voted 113-32 to approve a Proposition 2 ½ debt exclusion to fund the purchase of 27 self-contained breathing apparatus units. The new equipment will replace the department’s old SCUBA units, which were purchased in 2007.
