ATHOL, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Orange District Court’s chief probation officer, William Delaney, was arrested after a vehicle accident in Athol last month.
Delaney was allegedly driving drunk and carrying a firearm at the time of the accident.
As a result, Delaney has been barred from carrying firearms and his license has been suspended for 180 days after a refused breathalyzer test.
