Narrative: rp reporting a gray pick up with flags all over it and a male yelling with a megaphone is behind her and she is not feeling safe while notifying the officers, the rp advised the truck pulled into the Walmart parking lot. the rp continued on Narrative: 133/138 located the vehicle traveling west bound on East Main Street. A traffic stop was conducted as the vehicle turned onto South Main Street. The operator was advised of the complaint and said he was exercising his first amendment right to “free speech.” He was using a hand held device to amplify his voice as he was yelling at other vehicles in traffic. He was given a verbal warning for impeded operation and sent on his way.
