Narrative: Traffic stop on East Main Street for an inspection sticker violation. The vehicle was found to be within the seven day transfer exception. The operator provided a bill-of-sale and transferred title.

Narrative: 138/148 responded and upon arrival the music was not loud. Same was advised of the complaint. Shortly after clearing, RP called back again making more claims of loud music. Once again upon arrival the music was not loud. 138 spoke to RP who accused a male subject VOW went outside causing a scene, but did not actually see him o it. When speaking to downstairs neighbor, she stated VFW was not there and it was only her. Ongoing issue between upstairs neighbor and anyone who moves in downstairs. RP was advised of her court options.
