OFC ADVs someone pulled up to ADV of a gray Toyota Corolla, all over the road; same allegedly struck a guardrail on 202. Veh last seen on Rte 2 EB. Info given

RP advised that there was smoke coming from the garage of the gray house accross the street. She thinks it may have been a lightening strike.
Onsite advised unable to locate. He will speak with RP and check the area.

Narrative: Caller reports she was just on Oxbow Road and a light gold Jeep Liberty started following her. Every time she slowed down, the Jeep slowed down. She pulled over and they pulled over. She drove to the PD and lost the Jeep at the red light at Carroll’s. The plate was was advised if it happened again to call 911 ri ht awa .

Narrative: RP into the station to report he has gotten 3 scam calls since January where the caller claims they are from the highway patrol and his information was found in a car where
a crime took place. Advised him it is a scam. They knew his SS#, so he will call social security to see if he needs to do anything with them.

Both units responded and found large limb acoss one lane of travel. OHD responded to remove.

Narrative: RP ADVISES THAT THE A FRAME HOUSE NEXT TO HER HOUSE IS SETTING OFF FIRE WORKS AND THE ASH IS GOING ON HER ROOF.
Upon arrival home owner stated he did not have fire works but did have a “smoke bomb”. Advised of complaint.

Narrative: RP STATES HE WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO SMOKE A CIGARETTE AND NOTICED HIS FRIEND’S VEH WAS POSSIBLY BROKEN INTO; RP STATES THE TRUNK IS OPEN. RP STATED A LOT OF STUFF HAPPENED LAST NIGHT, AND HE WILL WAIT FOR AN OFC DOWNSTAIRS.
