Narrative: Spoke with who said the RP was well aware where she was going with the van. The RP said there is a Hurricane that keeps getting upgraded and she is playing it by ear when she will come back. The RP said she has no intention of keeping the van from the RP. Spoke with the RP regarding findings and he said that was not the case. Suggested to the RP that he try to work it out with as to when she is coming back with the van or perhaps he could fly to North Carolina and meet her somewhere to get the van from her. Officer also tried calling and texting the number with no response. Both numbers used appear to be non-existent and most likely from a cell phone app to change the original
number. It was suggested RP change her phone number if this continues.

Narrative: RP ADVISES THAT A WHITE MALE APPROX 50 YEARS OLD MADE A THREAT TO KILL THE RP. THE MALE LEFT ON A BICYCLE HEADED
TOWARDS THE CENTER OF TOWN. HE WAS WEARING A DARK BLUE SHIRT, JEANS AND A BANDANA FOR A FACE COVERING.
Narrative: Located subject inside . Same was spoken to by Office in regards to his irrational behavior at the Orange General Store due to not wanting to wear a mask.                                                         Subject apologized for his actions. He was told if he doesn’t like the mask policy he can shop elsewhere.
