Narrative: Spoke with who said the RP was well aware where she was going with the van. The RP said there is a Hurricane that keeps getting upgraded and she is playing it by ear when she will come back. The RP said she has no intention of keeping the van from the RP. Spoke with the RP regarding findings and he said that was not the case. Suggested to the RP that he try to work it out with as to when she is coming back with the van or perhaps he could fly to North Carolina and meet her somewhere to get the van from her.
