Gone On Arrival Rp said someone is putting trash into the dumpster  dentist office. Rp advises the vehicle is parked behind the library. Rp unable to give a description due to it being dark outside.                Narrative: Spoke with the RP who saw the subject put a couple of trash bags in the dumpster at Orange Dental and leave. The subject came back 5 to 6 minutes later and put at least more bag in.                                The RP said all the bags were white and the car took off up School Street. There were several white bags in the dumpster. Will follow up with the dentist office next shift.
