Narrative: PLATE WAS RUN BY APD AT 15:22HRS. APD ADVISES SUBJECT WAS INVOLVED IN A MVA AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO AMH. CALLED THE  RP BACK AND ADVISED HIM OF SAME.
Narrative: spoke with APD dispatch and learned I had been involved in a accident and subsequently transported to AMH. The family was notified.
