Narrative:  Manager requesting an officer for some vandalism. Spoke with the RP who explained how the other night someone took the tags off of the keys rings at the mail boxes. The trash can was also                       tipped over with trash around. There was a sign knocked over as well. Spoke with 101111.111.0who said she heard the sign get knocked over and saw some teenage males running from the area, but she                      does not know who they are. Spoke with who had gave one story to the RP and gave a different one today. did not see anything.

Narrative: filled a 51A with DCF in regards to the custody disagreement. DCF was notified of concerns expressed by both parents and was explained the circumstances surrounding the situation. All                  appropriate paperwork was filled.

Narrative: stopped the vehicle due to the registered owner having a suspended drivers license. The owner was found to be the driver and he was issued a criminal citation for the same. Licensed operator          arrived on scene and took possession of the vehicle.

Narrative: RP REPORTS TWO FLAT BEDS TT UNITS, ONE PULLING THE OTHER CAUSING A TRAFFIC BACK UP FOR OVER 5 MILES, SAME WERE TRAVELLING 15-20 MPH FOR SEVERAL MILES
Narrative: 11/12/2020 1320: same pulled into the shell station.
Narrative: Spoke with IIMMINIMMI and 1111111MOONOP who explained how they were on the way back from making deliveries and IMMEMMUM truck broke down. It was on a bad section of road so                 they towed the truck to the gas station to call for a tow truck from there.

Narrative: Caller reports she was a victim of the unemployment scam. She was notified by her HR department. She has notified Mass. unemployment. Advised to contact the credit bureaus.

Narrative: DOT ADVISED TO P/U DEER. 11/12/2020 1749: 29-4 ADV’S HE WILL BE FOLLOWING IP TO HER RESIDENCE, WILL ATTEMPT TO LIMP THE VEHICLE HOME.
11/12/2020 1758: 29-4 CLEAR. SHE WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT HOME.

Narrative: RP STATES THERE IS AN UNATTENDED 3 OR 4 YO CHILD IN A VEHICLE AT THE STORE RP STATES THE PARENT IS INSIDE PLAYING THE LOTTERY. RP STATES SHE                              CALLED OUT THE MOTHER BUT THE MOTHER DIDN’T SEEM WORRIED.
Narrative: responded and spoke with the operator of the vehicle. They explained they were inside of the store for a short time and had a constant view of the vehicle because of where they parked.                                  I advised them to use better judgment in the future.

Narrative: responded and spoke with the RP. He explained that he forgot his bank card in the ATM after using it inside of the store. He went back into the store and the only
individual that was inside, had his card. It was given back without an issue. The RP just wanted the incident on record. CB/JC

Narrative: Both units responded and found south side door ajar. 133 located male party walking away who admitted to finding door open and had walked in setting off alarm. Building secure and                    attempts for keyholder were unsuccessful.

Narrative: RP WANTS TO REPORT THAT SOMEONE STOLE HER MEDS FROM THE SAFE. RP STATES THAT SHE BELIEVES IT’S iMMOMMOMOMMOOMOMP
Narrative: spoke with the RP over the phone. She believes someone stole her prescription medications from a safe that is currently located at OOMP East River Street. After I asked
who had the combination to the safe, she changed her story and believes someone took the medication out of her purse.
She just wanted the incident on record because her nurse told her to call.
