Narrative: ADVISES A PARTY HAS LOCATED A BLACK LAB MIX W/PINK COLLAR. HE ADVISES THE PARTY IS WILLING TO DROP THE DOG OFF AT THE POUND.
ACO ARSENAULT CONTACTED AND ADVISED. SHE ADVISES SHE WILL NOT BE IN FOR AWHILE BUT WILL INQUIRE WITH APD IF THEY CAN SEND AN OFFICER TO OPEN THE POUND.
ACO ARSENAULT CALLED BACK TO ADVISE, SOMEONE FROM APD WILL CONTACT OFC POWLING.
Narrative: Flagged down by a motorist who states they found a loose dog wandering around Pleasant St. It is a black lab mix with a pink collar. The ACO was contacted and was advised to head to the pound             so the dog could be secured.

Narrative: Caller reports a tree fell on his truck overnight. He has a 2015 Silverado. It is insured through Commerce. He was advised to take pictures and call his insurance company.

Narrative: RP into the station seeking advice on a custody issue. The RP advised that he shares 50/50 custody of his 10 year old daughter with her mother. Part of the agreement is to drive her to school on          Monday mornings. He dropped his daughter off at school in Athol this morning and learned that his daughter had not been to school in over a week and was no longer enrolled at school in Athol. The RP            advised that the mother has recently moved to Leicester. The RP wanted to know what his rights were in regards to keeping his daughter because he was concerned that she is not being cared for properly or attending school regularly. The RP was advised that he needs to get to the court that issued his initial probate order and seek to amend it. He was also advised that the police do not enforce those orders and                and violation would start out as a contempt of court issue and all parties would be directed to Probate Court to sort it out.

Narrative: returned call to this RP who is concerned with the driveway at her father’s residence. RP is enquiring if a blind driveway sign could be posted as well as extra patrols
of this area due to speeding cars. Advised I would drive up and take a look as well as advised her the option of putting up rounded mirror to improve exiting the driveway possibly.
Ran radar later in shift with no violations noted. Driveway is on curve and message left with OHD re: possible signage.
