Narrative: 161 REPORTS MV JUST TOOK OFF, REQ NOTIFY ATHOL TO BOLO, STOP/HOLD FOR NOW. SAME ADVISED
Narrative: RP stated that for the past 3-4 weeks the same Dodge Durango waits in the parking lot and follows him all the way into Phillipston before he eventually turns around. The RP was concerned as it seems very strange. Officers attempted to speak to the involved party but were not able to locate him.

Narrative: Caller states there is a male party with a flashlight standing next to their neighbor’s red pickup truck – they don’t know what he is doing,                windows and doors are closed but he is leaning on the vehicle and grunting. Described him as a white male with blonde hair wearing a
baseball hat, black hoodie and light colored pants.
Narrative: Control advised a report of suspicious party at this location. 145/138 responded and spoke with the involved party from earlier call. Truck found to be locked no issue noted. Party was sent on his way.

Location/Address: [ORA] STONE VALLEY RD                                                                                                                                                                                                  Narrative: Both units responded and did not observe any subjects on the property, also stood at property line listening and did not hear anybody. RPs dogs were quiet until officers stepped foot onto property. Made contact with -_who said he saw/heard multiple people shining red, green, and white lights into his windows. He was advised we had not seen anybody in the area or on the way to the neighborhood on incoming roadways. Area was monitored and unable to locate anyone.
