RP IS REPORTING AN MVA THAT OCCURRED THIS MORNING AROUND 10:20HRS AT THE WHITE CLOUD. RP ADV’S AT THE TIME SHE DIDN’T THINK THERE WAS MUCH DAMAGE TO HER VEHICLE SO SHE JUST GOT THE OTHER PARTY’S INFO. RP ADV’S NOW SHE HAS NOTICED A LOT MORE DAMAGE TO HER VEHICLE.

CALLED BACK, SHE MISSED OPD’S CALL. SHE REQUEST CALL HER BACK AT 498-544-2744. 358 WAS
ADVISED.

Narrative:

Spoke to RP who said she was in a small accident at the White Cloud restaurant this morning. Both her and the other vehicle operator talked, observed barely any damage, and went on their seperate way without exchanging information. RP later observed more damage to her vehicle and reported it to her insurance company who said to contact the police as she did not have any other information for the involved party. RP said she called the White Cloud who provided her with a possible name of the other driver, but did not know

any other information,  RP’s insurance company was able to look the second party up in RMV and belives she lives in Royalston. It was suggested to call Royalston PD to try and make contact with the other involved party so she can exchange more information. It was explained to the RP that next time she should report the accident, as we now cannot prove the damage to her vehicle was caused by the earlier incident. Same will follow up with her insurance company. TR
