Orange receives grant for election security and equipment

ORANGE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — While most local governments do not receive regular funding from the federal government for federal elections, the town of Orange has received a nonpartisan grant from the Center for Tech and Civic Life to help ensure a secure and reliable election this year.

The town will use the grant for physical equipment, upgrading office computers, and security upgrades for the office and building.
