(Combined Sources) The Pioneer Valley Regional School District Committee is attempting to create some protocol so citizens can comment during their remote meetings. Currently citizens are asked to email the superintendent or committee members prior to the meeting to request a time to speak. The committee hopes to create a policy that includes a time limit for comment and a first-come, first serve order. The Massachusetts Association of School Committees has created a policy for citizens comment for a virtual meeting that some districts have adopted.
