(Northfield, MA) — The Pioneer Regional School District still does not have a requested budget for next year. The Pioneer School Committee this week failed to come to an agreement on the proposed $14 million-plus spending plan. It’s the second time the committee has failed to pass a budget, which must happen before April 30th in order to send it to town meetings in all four district towns.
