NORTHAMPTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Shawn Stebbins, 41, of Plainfield, was arraigned Friday in Northampton District Court on multiple charges alleging sexual offenses against a child and the dissemination of inappropriate materials to a child. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in Plainfield from 2022 through 2026. Stebbins is being held on $100,000 bail.
