GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The city of Greenfield has announced a planned temporary power outage for next Tuesday, March 11. The outage is in cooperation with Eversource to allow the utility to make improvements, and will affect several streets in the city. Here is the release from the city:
On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, Eversource crews will be working in areas making reliability improvements to their electric system. To enable Eversource crews to perform this work safely, a temporary power outage will occur from 4AM to 5AM and again from 10PM to 11PM. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and Eversource will update you if there are any changes to their scheduled work or the timing of this outage.
