GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A “Ghost Glock” has been recovered and an arrest made in a Greenfield home invasion investigation.
On Wednesday evening in the area of Shattuck Street, police were called to a residence where a woman claimed her ex woke her from her sleep with a weapon, threatening to kill her.
When police investigated, they found 34 year-old Dion Cadiz of Turners Falls in the area of the residence with another individual, and located the 9mm firearm in a nearby bush.
Cadiz was arrested on charges of home invasion, assaulting a family or household member, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, felony charge of possessing a firearm with missing or defaced serial number, among others.
