(Montague, MA) Not long ago, the town of Montague announced it would be accepting proposals for its old parking garage property on Avenue A. The town has received four proposals which were revealed at Wednesday afternoon’s Capital Improvement Committee meeting. All four proposals were from businesses already involved in property development in Turners Falls. The property includes over 11-thousand square feet of enclosed space and a multi-bay garage, all on just under an acre of land. The committee will continue to study each proposal.
