GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Greenfield Economic Development Committee gave their final thoughts on the proposed zoning amendments on Accessory Dwelling Units and Commercial zone regulations before they head to the full City Council meeting. After the joint meeting with the Planning Board, the EDC amended a proposal to now require commercial space on the first floor of a building within the business district on Main, Federal, and Bank Row.
