Public Hearing On Proposed Changes To Sunderland’s Zoning Bylaws

(Sunderland, MA) Sunderland’s Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing for a zoning amendment to discuss proposed revisions to the town’s Zoning bylaws. The revisions include changes to the Structure Conversion section to allow a single structure of at least 10,000 square feet to be converted to eight dwelling units and to replace Board of Appeals with Special Permit Granting Authority. The Public Hearing will take place February 13th at 7 p.m. in the Sunderland Town Hall.
