BERNARDSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Bernardston Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a public hearing at 7 p.m. this Thursday, February 20th at the Town Hall meeting room to consider the special permit application of Incandescent Brewing Company, who are looking to take over the former Hitchcock Brewing Company’s property.
