MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Town of Montague is preparing to issue a Request for Proposal for the redevelopment of the former Farren Hospital site.
The Town is collaborating with the Urban Land Institute of Boston’s New England Technical Assistance Panel for the strategic planning around the redevelopment.
A panel of land use and real estate professionals will be in Montague on Tuesday March 10th in the Shea Theater to discuss planning and feasibility, implementation, and financing for the project.
