BELCHERTOWN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Quabbin Reservoir is being asked by the Massachusetts Water Authority to supply 20 million additional gallons of water per day for eastern Massachusetts. The reservoir has already been recorded as below full capacity. There will be a public hearing on the matter later this month in Belchertown.
