Reading of Declaration of Independence in Greenfield Wednesday

GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The city of Greenfield is participating in a statewide initiative to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the first public readings of the Declaration of Independence.

On Wednesday at 6 p.m. outside of City Hall on Court Square, there will be a public reading from a hand-printed reproduction of the printed copies of the Declaration of Independence.
