ROWE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — At Rowe’s Annual Town Meeting Monday, voters approved a motion to enter into a regional fire district agreement with the town of Charlemont.
Fire Chief for both Rowe and Charlemont Dennis Annear, said it will not be a cost saving venture but rather an investment in the future safety for the community.
