GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Berkshire Regional Planning Committee has produced a report highlighting the barriers Franklin County residents could face in emergencies.
Inadequate internet access, a lacking public transportation system, housing needs, an aging population are all factors that impact Franklin County as well as aging infrastructure and electricity dependent medical supplies.
