WHATELY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — On Tuesday, October 1st, River Road in Whately will be closed to through traffic as the Highway Department replaces a culvert near Chang Farm, according to Whately police. Long Plain Road will be open as an alternate route.
