UPDATE
(Erving, MA) – A truck driver from Berkshire County was injured in a rollover crash on Route 2 in Erving at this morning. According to Massachusetts State Police, the single-vehicle accident occurred shortly after 9:00 am on a stretch of Route 2 in the Farley Flats section of Erving. The crash closed one lane of the highway, which was finally reopened at about 11:30 am. The driver, a 51-year-old man from Pittsfield, was taken to Baystate Medical Center with minor injuries. He has been cited for motor vehicle offenses. The exact cause of the crash is still under investigation.
