(Buckland, MA) Buckland’s Upper North Street Reconstruction project is moving forward with a Live Virtual Design Public Hearing Thursday, March 23rd.

The project will cover half a mile, from 85 North Street to the intersection with Ashfield Road/Route 112. Aiming to improve safety and connectivity, the design includes an addition of a five and a half foot concrete sidewalk and curb on one side of the road, full depth road reconstruction, replacing guardrails, and improving drainage are all improvements proposed for the project.

MassDOT will be holding a Live Virtual Design Public Hearing on this project tomorrow, Thursday March 23rd at 6 p.m., for an opportunity to hear more about the design and ask questions. For more information on the project proposal and the Public Hearing click here.
