MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The next stage in FirstLight Power’s re-licensing process for the Connecticut River hydroelectric facilities in Montague, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection will be holding a public information session on October 10th.
The public information session is the second of three opportunities for public participation regarding the FirstLight Water Quality Certification application. Individuals can attend the session in person at 6 p.m. in the Shea Theater on October 10th or virtually.
