Deerfield is receiving $1 million to improve sidewalks, crosswalks, and tree plantings on Elm Street.
Greenfield will see $50,000 in municipal incentives to fill vacant storefronts and $250,000 for Community Action Pioneer Valley to redevelop a vacant building for a resource center.
Erving has been awarded $2.4 million to build 26 affordable housing units. Meanwhile, Montague has received $251,000 for a small business hub.
