COLRAIN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Senior SAFE program run by the Shelburne Center, Shelburne Falls, and Buckland fire departments has expanded to now include Colrain following Colrain firefighter Alex Lilly’s training as a SAFE educator at Stow Fire Academy this year. The Senior SAFE program provides and installs smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, lock boxes, and house numbers, as well as hosting fire safety presentations for schools.
