(Shelburne Falls, MA) – An iconic Shelburne Falls bookstore is changing ownership this week. The owners of Boswell’s Books on Bridge Street have announced that they are selling the shop to Raymond Neal, the owner of Greenfield-based Roundabout Books. The sale is expected to be finalized Friday. Ken and Nancy Eisenstein have had a “for sale” sign in the store’s window for 10 years, but chose Neal to sell to because he has experience in the business. Included as part of the deal will be the store’s resident cat Boswell, for whom the business is named.
