(Shutesbury, MA) Residents at the Shutesbury Special Town Meeting adopted a new wetlands bylaw after amending a section that may have given power to developers over the Conservation Commission. Also approved at the meeting were articles including $40,000 in funding for the Locks Pond culvert project, $9,000 to monitor gas leaks at the Fire Station, and two other articles.
