Combined Sources

(undated) — Top state officials are apparently not immune to potential phone scams. Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey tweeted that she received a call from a scammer posing as an Eversource employee, claiming she was behind on her payments and that her service would be cut off. Healey did not fall for the scam, and reminds residents to hang up if they get such calls, do not give out any personal information over the phone, and contact the utility company directly if you have questions about your service.
