FRANKLIN COUNTY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Last week, a State Trooper from the Shelburne Falls Barracks arrested a man with an outstanding warrant for his arrest after initiating a traffic stop on I-91 for an unreadable license plate.

A search of the man and vehicle revealed a crack pipe in the driver’s pocket, suspected cocaine, and a loaded handgun, for which he did not have a License To Carry.

There were other occupants in the vehicle, none of which held a License To Carry and were subsequently arrested as well, according to a Massachusetts State Police report.
