SPRINGFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A Massachusetts State Police sergeant has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after an alleged incident during a traffic stop in Springfield.
The non-lethal use-of-force against the driver is under investigation and the sergeant is expected to be arraigned on April 3rd.
