(Sunderland, MA) — Sunderland and state police spent part of Monday searching for a missing 68-year-old man. A neighbor of the man called the Sunderland department reporting that he hadn’t seen his friend since Sunday. Sunderland Police and fire officials and the State Police Air Wing unit searched the area between Route 47 and the Connecticut River but found nothing. The man’s name has not been released, but police believe there is no danger to the public.
