Sunderland Named “Housing Choice Community”

(Sunderland, MA) — The town of Sunderland’s efforts to create new housing are being recognized by the commonwealth. The Baker Administration has announced that Sunderland has been named a “Housing Choice Community,” a designation which is given to cities and towns which are making efforts to create new, sustainable housing stock. The town is currently in the process of developing a new housing complex on North Main Street.
