(Sunderland, MA) — Drivers who use Route 116 in Sunderland will have to take a different route tonight. The stretch of Route 116 between Sunderland Center and Old Amherst Road will be closed to through traffic from 7 tonight through 3am Saturday for filming of the Showtime series “Dexter.” Production crews from the show have spent this past week filming at the Whately Diner, which has been closed to the public since Monday.
