AMHERST, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Kimberly Budd, Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court will be the keynote speaker at the UMass Amherst commencement ceremony on Friday. Justice Budd will also be receiving an honorary degree, adding to the 9,000 degrees the university will be awarding in its 156th commencement ceremony.
